Hello! Welcome to Small World Collectibles! If  you have any questions or if you need any help finding anything, just let us know! That is our normal greeting to our customers who enter Small World Collectibles in Bend, Oregon.  We want you to enjoy your experience shopping with us, so you will be treated in the same fashion as we treat our "walk-in" customers.

Small World's Main Street Emporium (SWMSE) is our family's e-commerce business, and Small World Collectibles is our retail business. We enjoy what we do and will give it our best to make sure you enjoy your visit with us, whether you're in our store or on our web site. It is our goal to develop and run our website to make it as friendly and as positive an experience as walking into our store. To succeed in our efforts to reach our goal, we are always open to comments and suggestions from our customers. Listed here is our contact information as well as some of the services we'd like to offer you. This list can change, the beauty of dealing with a family run business is that we are flexible and accommodating to better serve you!

Services provided by SWMSE include, but are not limited to, the following:

Email Support - Of course you can email us anytime you're online but between 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Pacific time) we will reply ASAP  CustomerService@swmse.com . You will find this link at the bottom of all our pages.

Telephone Support - Available 7 days a week during store hours. You will find our store hours and phone number listed at the bottom of all our pages.

Gift Wrap - Always available in Birthday, Christmas and everyday wraps. You will see this listed on our product pages or you can always add it to your "Special Instructions" in our order process.

Same day Shipping - A "Premium service" offered Monday thru Friday prior to 2:00pm (Pacific time), Please Call.

Drop Shipments - Send a gift/item direct to your recipient. Enter your recipient's address in the "shipping information" when using the order process.

Special Orders - Available on most items that are currently available by the manufacturers we deal with. If you can not find an item in stock anywhere, we can "special order" it for you, NO EXTRA CHARGE! This will get your item quickly. Locate the item you want, on our web site, to special order use the "back order" button. Once in the check out form, add a "Special Order" note in the special instructions. We will contact you ASAP and inform you of the details on the special order. If we do not have it listed then send us an e-mail and we will see what we can do to help, Sales@swmse.com

Back orders - If we are out of an item that we list and the item is still currently available you can "back order" it through our ordering process. We order weekly and would be more then happy to send you this item as soon as we get it, usually 2-3 weeks. The billing on all back ordered item(s) takes place once we ship the item(s).

Wish List - You can use this feature to save any item you like until you're ready to buy them. You can e-mail your list to a friend or family member who can then purchase what you want as a gift for  you. The wish list allows you to modify the quantity of any item, delete an item, add an item to your current order or add a new item to your wish list at any time.

Return Policy - We accept returns, returned at your expense, on orders up to 15 days after we ship your order and a full refund of  your cost of the merchandise will be issued. Merchandise returned that was shipped for no charge on shipping fees will be subject for the cost of shipping when we shipped the order out to you. Items over 15 days from the shipping date are available for exchange for up to 30 days after we ship the order. Exchange orders need to be shipped back at your expense, we will return the exchanged item back free of shipping fees. For any other circumstances please call us at 541-383-2250.

 NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS accepted after 30 days!

Damaged or Defective Items - Any item(s) received damaged or defective in any way that you are not happy with needs to be reported to us within 7 days after receipt of your order. All damages are handled by claims placed through us with the shipping company. All defective items are handled by us and you will need to communicate the problem with us so we can best rectify the situation. Please call us at 541-383-2250.

NO DAMAGE or DEFECTIVE Claims accepted after 7 days!
